DMCA POLICY
Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). As an internet service provider, we are entitled to claim immunity from certain infringement claims under the "safe harbor" provisions of the DMCA. Below are the procedures for submitting and responding to DMCA takedown notices:
Submitting a Takedown Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, you or your authorized agent may submit a takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent. To be considered valid, the notice must include the following information:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with information to locate the material (such as the URL).
4. Contact information of the complaining party, including name, address, email address, phone number, and fax number.
5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is unauthorized.
6. A statement that the information provided is accurate, and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Please send all takedown notices through our Contact page, preferably via email, for prompt attention.
Counter Notification
If your material has been taken down due to a copyright infringement claim and you believe it was done in error, you may submit a counter notification. The counter notification must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Description of the material taken down and its original location.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court.
5. Send your counter notice through our Contact page, preferably via email.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy to address repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA. Accounts found to repeatedly infringe copyright will be terminated.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Please check back periodically for updates.
